Rani's Banana Bread
This recipe is one that I have
taken ingredients from one or two recipes and created my own creation.
Others may have this recipe also, but today, I created it for my use.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix these ingredients in large mixing bowl.
In another bowl mix together:
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 ripe bananas mashed
Then pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until no more lumps.
Pour into 2 loaf pans (you can spray with baking spray or grease and flour the pans).
Bake
at 325 for about 55-65 minutes, or until the middle is set. Let cool
for about 10 minutes or so and then turn onto wire rack.
Slice when cool enough to handle (if you can wait that long), and Enjoy!
***Feel
free to make your own alterations for this bread, if you find it's to
dry, then add more milk or if you want more banana flavor, add another
banana!

Good morning Blog friends,
It's a warm day in the Chicago burbs! We may break the record of 67 today! Then back to "normal" Chicago weather.
No matter what the weather is, take the time to enjoy the little things that make the day great!
Have a good one!
